Summer Lesson: 3-in-1 Basic Game Pack releases for PlayStation 4 on 22nd February 2018 in Japan. But for completionists out there, you may want to have all three girls trapped in a box on your shelf anyway. This version hasn’t been announced for that region, and you’d probably be better off downloading them anyway. The game is entirely in Japanese, though there is an Asian English language version also available, which is in English.
You play as a tutor hired to help Japanese high school student Hikari improve her grades. It’s not like the DLC is exactly unsubstantial, though the main core and thrust of all three main scenarios is included in the set. Summer Lesson is the most polished - and the weirdest - PlayStation VR game you can't buy outside Japan. So you may end up wanting to grab that extra stuff if you enjoy the basics anyway. The DLC for the girls covers a variety of things, from costumes to whole new scenarios. Or maybe you’re just a basic kind of person anyway. Check it out at Sonys booth during E3 2015 Follow. The 3-in-1 just contains the basic game of each, so you’ll have to buy extra things on top if you really want everything for every girl. Summer Lesson is a tech demo VR Experience developed by the TEKKEN Project team. At 7600 yen (about £49.99), it’s not exactly a super budget collection.
Alternatively you can just buy each of the sets individually straight off PSN too. What you don’t get is any extra goodies for any of them, unlike their own individual “Complete” releases, which come with all the DLC and extra content for each girl. Announced via Famitsu, the game’s official website reveals a bit more about what will be in this Summer Lesson 3-in-1 Basic Pack.Įssentially, think of this as a “starter pack” for the series, containing the base games for all three girls.
